NEW DELHI: The State government on Friday suspended the investigation into the arrest of a district police officer for allegedly involvement in the disappearance of 15-year-old school student Prashantbhai Patel. Police commissioner B S Bassi said officers from different districts were on the case when Patel was reported missing.According to the commissioner, they have learnt that three district police officers and a special constable who w더킹카지노ere stationed on Gurgaon in the city, had bee우리카지노n involved in the investigation, however no information has been found against them.The two policemen have been booked under Section 144 of CrPC and the special constable under Section 153 of CrPC and the officer who headed the case will be taken over and held on remand till he submits a statement.After several attempts to contact the district police officer, the State Information Department of Police asked the district police to send him a copy of the notice given to him by them.In a statement to reporters in the capital, Bassi said police had registered a case of neglect of duty under various sections, including Section 442 CrPC and Section 153 of CrPC and the police had also sought the 바카라details of the police team which had been deployed to probe the case. He said both the special constables and the three cops have been booked under sections 144(b) and 153(a) of the Indian Penal Code, said Bassi.
